I set up a solo practice on purpose. After years of watching good cases get lost between desks, I wanted something simpler: one lawyer, one number, one person who knows your file from the first email to the last signature.
Most of the people I help are arriving, not leaving. Families relocating to Cyprus and buying their first home here. Founders who want a company set up properly the first time. Different cases, same need — a clear answer and someone who actually picks up.
So that's what I promise: fast answers, a fixed price agreed before any work starts, and plain language the whole way through. No jargon between you and the decision you need to make.
